It’s a gathering of people to practice mindfulness, meditation and yoga. It usually means traveling to a place that is surrounded by natural beauty to escape life’s distractions. It can be only for a few hours or overnight. The goal of RESET Yourself retreats is to provide an opportunity to get away, to disconnect from the world and our responsibilities and look inside to reconnect with yourself in a deeper way.
What do you usually do at a Yoga Retreat?
Yoga, of course but aside from that, we try to incorporate other practices, like breath work, journaling, reflection, walking meditation, hiking, working on a craft, games and more! These activities are tailored to anyone, at any level of fitness and flexibility with the goal of listening and honoring our body. They help you unwind and recenter your inner and outer self to find joy, peace, rejuvenation, health and happiness.
