Hello Ladies,

For a long time I've been dreaming of bringing people to visit my country of Brazil. To show you this beautiful country filled with music, colors, flavors through my eyes. To take you to my favorite places, eat amazing food, dive into the ocean and show you the beauty and the culture that you don't see on TV. I want you to experience Brazil in a way that not many people know about.

After hosting yoga retreats in the United States - state of Indiana since 2020, a total now of 11 retreats, including our upcoming Fall Yoga Retreat 2025, I am ready to take RESET to Brazil!!

I invite you to a unique opportunity to visit Brazil and practice yoga with me there. In our crew, we will have another highly trained yoga teacher and dear friend, Rachel Raymond, and an amazingly skilled photographer to register all of the magical moments, Cindy Johnson who will also be doing mini-shoots with anyone interested throughout our time together.

I will take you to Rio, that will be our first stop, where we will visit world famous beaches and vistas. Then we will head further south to the secluded island just off the coast of the state of Parana, called Ilha do Mel - my most favorite place in the world, as well as the majestic city of Curitiba where I grew up and lived for 24 years before moving to the U.S.. While in Rio, we'll hit all the big highlights such as Sugarloaf, Christ the Redeemer and the Selaron Steps. We will stay in the heart of Copacabana Beach with everything it has to offer from simply sticking your toes in the sand to trying dinner at an authentic Brazilian steakhouse. At Ilha do Mel (island), we will take a speedboat tour to see the dolphins, go into a guided tour at an indigenous reserve to learn about their life and explore Guaraquecaba and its beautiful waterfalls as well as admire the beautiful native flora & fauna.

You'll relax and rejuvenate enjoying classes with Rachel and I, while taking it all in. I am so excited to show you my hometown and all of my favorite places.

All you have to do is say YES and register to save your spot!

If you have any questions that I can help answer, please don't hesitate to reach out (info@resetwithpaula.com). I cannot wait for us to do this together!!

Namaste,

Paula

The Brazil visa can be issued electronically (e-visa $80) or on paper/passport ($120). Assistance is available for a small fee, if needed.

In Rio, you should expect temps to be in the mid-70’s for a low and mid-80’s for a high but we are at the beach, so it could get to the 90’s. As we head south, the temperature will drop to the low-70’s to mid-80’s, and in the evening, it cools down to the 60’s. At the island - Ilha do Mel will be warmer and in Curitiba, a little cooler.

In Rio, only breakfast is included (expect a large meal at all hotels in Brazil), lunch and dinner, and drinks are not included. While we are currently tracking itineraries that match our travel days from Indianapolis (IND) to Rio (GIG) in the mid $1,200’s, airfare rates cannot be guaranteed until the time of purchase. If you wish to upgrade, that amount will increase accordingly.

The airline company and the frequent flyer status will determine how much you are allowed to take on a flight. Example, what you may be able to take on an economy for at American Airlines may differ from Delta. Same thing with economy vs. business/first class. *Important note about luggage – keep in mind that you will have some assistance but be prepared to carry your own luggage and at the island you will be dragging your suitcase in the sand. You will be able to do laundry at the hotels in Rio and Curitiba, in case you need.

Yes, they are but we strongly recommend sharing it with a roommate so you have someone with you for your own safety (buddy system).
